Cherokee County is located approximately 40 miles North of the Atlanta city center. Interstate 575 is the major highway used to access this county. Cherokee County has a little more than 250,000 residents and is home to Adidas, Georgia Northeastern Railroad, and Pilgrim’s Pride. Dixie Speedway, Gibbs Gardens, and Lake Allatoona are some of the points of interest Cherokee county has to offer.

Cherokee county is ideal to spend a weekend afternoon in one of the popular walkable communities like downtown Woodstock which features boutiques, breweries, eateries, and specialty shops which are excellent to visit during one of the many outdoor festivals. If small-town community with big town conveniences is attractive to you visit to see if Cherokee county is where you wish to call home.
